For this project, the chef collaborated with Italian artist Ivo Bisignano. The varied plate sizes, vibrant colours and diverse patterns evoke the 'casual nonchalance' atmosphere typical of Ottolenghi, creating tables that are at once informal yet lush, even eccentric.
